Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, December 17, 1948; admitted to Indiana bar in 1978; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.  U.S. Navy, Submarine and Diver Qualified 1969-1973.  Preparatory Education: Indiana University (B.S., 1975); Legal Education: Indiana University, Indianapolis (J.D., 1978).  Prosecuting Attorney, Seventh Judicial Circuit, Indiana, 1983-1986.  Member:  Dearborn-Ohio County Bar Association; Indiana State Bar Association; Articles and Bylaws Committee of Indiana State Bar Association, 1998-2001; Board of Managers of Indiana State Bar Association, 1989-1992; Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education, 2001-2005; Chair of Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education, 2004; Indiana Trial Lawyers Association; American Bar Association, owner Ewbank Land Title, Inc.; former President of Indiana Land Title Association; Board of Directors of United Community Bank; Board of Directors of Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce.
